Mango Raspberry Bircher Muesli (Protein Packed Overnight Oats)

Creamy, sweet and hearty bowl of plant-based goodness! Perfect to fill you up on those mornings when you normally don't have time to make yourself brekkie 🙂

  • Mixing bowl
  • Silicon spatula
  • Mason jar


  • 1 cup rolled oats gluten-free
  • 2 cups cashew milk homemade is best
  • 2 scoops plant-based protein powder I love Sprout Living Pumpkin Seed Powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mango fresh or frozen pieces
  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh


  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and give them a good stir until they are well mixed.
  • Pour an equal mixture into two sterilised mason jars and pop in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours – ideally the longer the better!).
  • Grab it from the fridge when you're ready for your brekkie. Dig in and enjoy!


Nut-free: Use oat or soy milk instead.
No maple: Agave syrup is a decent replacement.
Variation: Feel free to mix up either of the fresh or dried fruits with your favourites, add in some chopped nuts, or change-up the seeds.
